If you have a maintenance request that is not of an emergency nature, please put the request in writing to our management company, RealManage. They will respond to every request whether a work order is issued, or you are added to a list, or it is brought to the Board of Directors for their determination. All requests should be put in writing to generate a paper trail. Homeowner Request forms are available at the clubhouse. You can complete the form and drop it off at the clubhouse or mail it to RealManage. You can also complete a Service Request form on the RealManage website.
To complete a Service Request form online, click HERE
This will open the RealManage Owner/Resident Portal login page. Using the account information sent to you by mail, login to the Rob Roy Owner/Resident Portal.
On the left side of the screen, click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the column and complete the Service Request. Be sure to click "Submit Request" at the bottom of the form.
